I, myself, am an attorney for the last 26 years and own my own civil litigation practice. Over the years I have had the opportunity both professionally and in my personal life to need the services of other attorneys, both to refer my clients, whose legal needs are outside the scope of my expertise, and to use attorneys for my own personal real estate matters. The biggest complaint about attorneys is they do not keep their clients informed on their matter and are notoriously bad about returning clients’ phone calls. This causes the clients needless angst. Tim’s clients do not have this anxiety because he is so great about communication with them. It became apparent to me immediately in my interaction with Tim, the sheer wealth of knowledge and experience he had in real estate. This put me at ease that I would not have to scrutinize every document myself, as with other prior real estate attorneys I had used, who often make careless mistakes, since they do not put real time into the file until the day of the closing. They typically leave all to the paralegal to handle, with inevitable mistakes being made. In contrast, Tim was meticulous in his craft, very skilled, extremely competent, diligent, and was what I found very refreshing, humble, rather than arrogant like some of the attorneys that I interact with daily. I was so impressed with Tim from his skillful handling of my closing, I began referring all of my real estate clients to him. All the clients I have referred to Tim convey to me the same testimonial about how great of a real estate attorney he is for many of the same reasons that I have enumerated above about him.
